As an Alignment Based Teacher I work with a diverse population of students, from pregnant and postpartum moms to kids and adults looking for a deeper understanding of their bodies though the practice of yoga. My classes are suitable for all levels with a strong focus on alignment so that you attain all the therapeutic benefits of the practice no matter your yoga experience, flexibility or life situation.

We focus on safe alignment, breath work and exercises that will prepare you to navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum with more ease and confidence while you connect with moms in your community in a supportive environment.
Open to everyone you don't have to be a PAMF member to attend!
If you would like to practice at your own time plus learn mindfulness lessons to prepare your body and your mind for childbirth then the Complete Prenatal Yoga Program is right for you!
You will have immediate access to multiple prenatal yoga sequences specially designed to address physical discomforts of your changing body and prepare you and your baby for Childbirth.
The program also includes early postpartum conditioning exercises to safely reconnect to your core and pelvic floor and help you get back to regular movement and other forms of yoga and exercise.
